My neighbor's trees are blocking my view. Is there anything I can do?
Unfortunately there's no clear cut answer to this question at this time. There have been reports of neighbors who agree to trim their trees as well as reports of neighbors who refuse. There are also reports of neighbors beginning to take legal action against neighbors who refuse to trim their trees. If you're serious about maintaining your view and your own negotiations with your neighbor have failed, you might want to talk to an Attorney to review your options.
