The GCCA has begun to post CC&R's for Glen Cove developments on our website. CC&Rs for other Glen Cove developments may also be posted in the future. Our CC&R's are a set of legally binding covenants and design standards which protect the aesthetic integrity and overall quality of Glen Cove. Additions and modifications to residential properties must be in compliance with these guidelines, thus assuring continuity of design, maintenance of property values and the aesthetic preservation of Glen Cove.

There are approximately 20 distinct developments in Glen Cove, each with their own CC&Rs. Though they vary slightly between developments, they are essentially similar. As a resident of Glen Cove you may find it interesting to read these CC&Rs. If you need a copy of the CC&Rs for your development, check your title company documents from the time of your home purchase, or you may contact the GCCA.
