Glen Cove Waterfront Park Dedication

This long awaited park will open to the public in May with the dedication ceremony to be held on Saturday, June 16 at 11 am, at the park site. There will speakers from organizations and government agencies that have participated in the development of this unique park This will include representatives from agencies that have provided grant funds as well as local recreational groups who are looking forward to using the area such as hiking, cycling and running groups. There will be informational displays and opportunities to learn about local and regional recreational activities. Light refreshments will be available.
